If booking is over 90 days away;

-25% of rental fee to confirm booking, paying the remaining 75% 90 days before your holiday

If booking if less than 90 days away;

-100% Payable immediately

 

Upon cancellation, we will not refund payments made unless a replacement can be found and then there is a replacement fee.

We use credit card as it is easier for all and also means we can reserve your security deposit rather than collect it and then refund. If you cannot use a credit card let us know and we can explore alternative options

Please take out travel/holiday insurance to cover any cancellation as we are not an insurance company and cannot cover you! If you are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions as per government guidelines we will allow you to rebook within 12 months for an available week ( paying any difference in weekly pricing) Evidence to support the request must be given.

We have a property manager who looks after the house and will arrange for you to be able to get access (key deposit box.) We provide a detailed guide in the cottage on how things work and what to do in the region. Our Property Manager will be contactable if you have any problems.

No I am afraid we have opted for simplicity and charge only in sterling.

The cottage is non-smoking and any evidence of smoking will result in you losing your deposit.
